Cancellation and Refund Policy
At ZEPHYRLEAF SYZYGREENS PRIVATE LIMITED, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day the order is placed. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
ZEPHYRLEAF SYZYGREENS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer provides evidence that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day you receive the product. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has verified and confirmed the defect.
If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
For complaints related to products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please directly refer the issue to the manufacturer as per their terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
In case of refunds approved by ZEPHYRLEAF SYZYGREENS PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund process will be initiated, and it may take 1–2 business days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s account.
